Its very valuable to have your business in the palm of your hand. Theres still room for improvement in terms of speed, and stability isnt perfect, few crashes happen here and there, but you just relaunch the app and its ok. I love the way you can customize it easily, too.
Companies should forbid the use of emails and have everything in SFDC. Incoming emails should be routed to the proper account or contact event record. An area for internal stuff could become a public bulletin board.
Email is a drag on the use of SFDC and should be dropped as much as we dropped memos.
Very nice and powerful tool. It is possible todo whatever you want with it.

Some bad moments
I am having trouble with login in my phone app. Any ideas how to resolve?
The simple face that you cannot add comments to Cases renders this app useless to our support org. I cant believe that this is still a missing feature.
I cant get accounts or contacts to load. Have to use browser instead.
Not bad, but I prefer to use log on through my computer for any heavy lifting.
This is just a web app with auth built in, worst part is you cant rotate your phone. Skip this app and just use your browser to access your SF sites.
It doesnt work after last updates. When you try to search sth, it closes itself.
