Liking the app so far - some things are difficult. For example, when I try to edit the comments in a specific task, the view screen is tiny (3 lines) which makes it difficult to edit. Also, copy/past seems to have a difficult time working properly in the app. Other than that, its a great app!

Extremely useful tool for our sales and remote workforce! Once you learn it... You are in!

Salesforce allows the company to keep it as simple as possible or as robust as you could possible imagine.

It would seem that a prime piece of functionality is missing. The ability to add a case comment is essential to every support organization. The lack of this ability renders this app useless. An over glorified dashboard, really.

Needs better calendar views and Apple calendar integration.

Salesforce allows me to work quickly and be more efficient . I love having access to so much more reporting data. It makes me a better informed seller.

This app is great for staying connected to customers on the go! I use Salesforce1 to open up cases assigned to me during offline hours, its useful by letting me tackle case-solutions at anytime of the day.

The Salesforce app is a lot easier to use than the regular desktop site. But thats mainly because the regular site is horrible. The app does eliminate a lot of the pointless and redundant fields found in the standard Salesforce. Im much more inclined to use it.

But the app is great!

Our sales force are employed only iPads. Wish salesforce would make the app just as effective as the browser version. Unable to edit profile info on the app, unable to follow hashtags on the app, and unable to access direct messages on the app...

The app is so good, flexible and easy to use.

To move to great, there would have the ability of less "taps" to get to one area.

Having all account and opportunity information on the go is great. Having collaboration and documents available via Chatter brings this to a whole new level.
