Salesforce is terrible!

SF needs a major overhaul. Just running a report is a major hassle. 80% of the fields arent used. Very clunky and outdated...their app for mobile is even worse. Too many complaints to list. Competition will come in and eat their lunch. As a salesperson, it takes too long to get things done and Ive been using SF for years.
