Przydatna apka.
Przydatna apka.
If you won’t let someone log on the web via their phone - make your app actually work and scroll appropriately. I can’t reach all the features on the app.
I’m brand new to sales, and this app is very intuitive, good help screen for some of the sophisticated bits.
To many glitches that don’t get resolved.
Just annoying to use for reasons in title— it’s half-baked, Crippled, and forever nagging the user for feedback & to leave a positive review…. Well, here’s the review it’s been begging me to do!
It will occasionally crashed every time you open the ap and then you have to close it up and restart it
Not even close to the desktop experience. On an iPad we need to be as close to DT as possible. Latest update took the menu from the bottom to the top, not user friendly. Finally, add dark mode. Every app has this already, get on board.
All right, are you started using the free trial and so far so good I just made a client and put all the information it’s really easy to use and I just need to update some you know feels because you know my business is construction so I need to add more fields so I can know what the client wants but so far so good. This application really works.
(Noddingly) about Salesforce? Hmm. System needs to be updated. Yep. (Thumbs up).
I’ve been using Sales Force for about 20 years and have been an administrator for 10 now. I’ve launched my own company and I looked at other CRMs- but easily came back to Salesforce.com. Indispensable.
Logs you out after 3 seconds of inactivity
Makes me manages my customers better even if I’m off work or working.
The mobile map on the app is SO SO glitchy. It’s very frustrating to worth through when I’m on the road having to constantly close my app and reload it. Everything else is pretty user friendly.
Can’t even open
Banners are always in the way system crashes doesn’t keep good track of sold and not sold options. Millions of duplicates much too tedious to clean up areas of need horrible, horrible horrible can’t even believe you’re a business and I can’t believe how many companies actually use this garbage thing.
It’s almost impossible for me to wrap my mind around how bad the Salesforce mobile app for iPhone is. It’s only marginally better on an iPad, but is Vaseline inferior to the desktop version. It routinely crashes and has problems and makes it very frustrating for a field sales force to leverage effectively. Which, what’s the point of even having it?
.
App signs me out all the time and doesn’t allow you to save or enter saved credentials. When trying to use the app nothing is in a good location, things I need up front are buried behind 7 other menus. I just have nonstop issues trying to get anything done with this app. And it’s been this way for almost 10 years now. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
I thought the desktop version was hot mess and this app is even worse. Everything is all over the place and difficult to navigate. You click one tab looking for one thing, and then you get something that has nothing to do with what you were trying to find. It’s almost impossible to find anything that you’re looking for on this. This app is absolutely useless and I’m so disappointed that I am forced to use salesforce in general.
Our SF Admin, Lucas Palma, is on it!
Can you please add dark mode to app that’ll be awesome!
Cause it’s got all of the information of the office and the shop and inventory at the tips of my fingers. I just gotta figure out how to navigate it better it’s been a bit of a long day.
I thought with how large they are their CRM would at least work properly…. NOPE! The app is buggy, doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t sync with web, and built on what looks like 1990s app with a newer skin. Absolutely garbage! STAY AWAY FROM SALESFORCE!!! Largest legal scam I’ve ever seen!!! Make you sign a year contract, and then the thing doesn’t even work! And they don’t help or refund partially or anything. Now I’m stuck paying for two CRMs because this one is unusable!!!!
Easy to learn, and maintain s organization in a way not seen before.
Can perform *all of my CRM operations from my phone! Seamlessly! Almost MORE efficiently than from my laptop! Couldn’t be happier that I learned Salesforce early because all it does is streamline my pipeline
When your entering time it’s very hard to scroll up and down without it restarting then ya gotta start all over and the project names or numbers I’m entering time for are never listed and I have to use a random job name then my time sheet gets rejected.
It is silly, but my authentication is faceID/Touch ID, but when trying to sign in from the app it says “this browser does not support the current form of verification” which is just poor design on the iOS app.
Convenient to use it.
Keeps me organized and moving forward
The app and its features work well but at least once a week the app will freeze and give me a blank screen. It won’t populate any info even if I leave and refresh it. Then I have to remove the app and download it again.
Very useful out of the office
I wish the app had half the capabilities as the web version. I’m not sure if my app is not set up correctly, but navigating this app is next to impossible.
The App is very easy to utilize and it works very good with all business pdf files and uploads.

Sales Force is easy to use w/ many frequently used icons. The calendar helps new associates with accuracy and integrity. Professionalism is a useful skill that’s maintained throughout training with the right people & resources.
Extremely frustrating when you can’t toggle through apps mid survey. Will always crash or refresh on you. Impossible to do anything else if you have started a survey
SF is hands down the most customizable and easiest CRM ever.
The phone application is very hard to get used to and not use her friendly
There is several occasions where sales force with freeze and I will have to force close multiple times to get access to a specific page within the clients profile
I used to implement Salesforce for corporations for many years. Now I run my small business on Salesforce.com. I am so happy Sales force allows its use for small implementations. It’s the best CRM solution out there!
I need Salesforce back in SIRI SHORTCUTS PLEASE UPDATE!!
UPDATE: Consistently having issues with data, not loading. This app has becoming increasingly frustrating to use. ORIGINAL: I love the ability to access data on-the-go with this app. That being said, navigation to get to data is cumbersome and not all screens scale correctly to my iPhone screen. It’s easy to get frustrated interacting with this app.
I used to be able to accesses what i needed via my browser on my smart phone. They have taken that away and directed me to down load the app. Which is not functioning because of company restrictions. So now I have no mobile access. Salesforce please don’t force users to use an app please make your site mobile friendly. Good users experience allows for choice.
I have been using this app for 7 tears. Even one star is a lot for this app. I cannot imagine how Salesforce management is not aware of the app which is completely trash. Salesforce is a software company with no improvement. I am really curious about what employees are doing who are in charge of mobil app. Sitting on a bean cushions and develop the app in their day-dreams. Folks, I am sorry but you have to wake up and get this done work. Einstein Bros Bagel app is way much better than yours!
Hands down the largest waste of time and resources since I’ve been with my current employer. Everything about it is horrible. Won’t load appointments, completely logs me out of the corporate domain every time the app goes idle. Add in the interface with corporate mobile security service , takes 30 minutes to open and log in to the app. One good take away, the app causes so many issues I log about 1.5 hours daily OT due to the added hurdles to jump through. Eight months using the tool now, the more you learn about it, the worse the experience gets.
If you don’t have sales or marketing, you don’t have a business. Salesforce is a great way to keep your pipeline moving and your funnel full. If your team doesn’t have this, you’re missing out on revenue.
Takes forever to load in and log calls
I cant authenticate because I forgot my login password but in order to reset my password to login to authenticate I need to authenticate first…..how does that make sense?
When I try to use the app, and try and click on a link, the app just goes into a loading cycle and never finishes loading. This is so unusual and nothing I do beyond a reinstall is working to solve the loading loop
Just needed to check one thing for work and there was no work around in the web page to view the site
